Here i a tutorial on how to add all the new stuff from DC .39k ...oilrigs,fire,new storage tanks...etc...
OK first lets start with the static objects...

first extract the new oil refinery map that DC just put out and save it in a desktop folder you make

now you need to put these .cons and folders in your map from the DC oil feilds map

texture folder ( not textures )

objects folder

now add this line thats highlighted into the init.con file

now using map editor 1.2 not BC...copy and paste the textures in the texture folder from the DC oil fields map and paste them in the map editor texture folder

now do the same with the standardmesh and the objects will show up,not red squares..but they are only white but you can work with this easier than red squares...

  Adding the new DC .39k vehicles:
if you havent already ,you need to put the texture folder and objects folder in your map (main folder) ok lets add all those new vehicles the DC team was so nice to do for us.

ok first delete the precache.con in your map and put the one from DC .39k in there (copy and paste)

now in the conquest folder in the objectspawn.con file it will look like this
